At 1:04 p.m. on Thursday, the National Weather Service issued a high wind warning in effect until 7 p.m. for Clatsop County Coast and Tillamook County Coast.
The weather service says to be ready for, "Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph."
