The National Weather Service issued a high surf warning at 4:06 a.m. on Monday valid from 4 p.m. until Tuesday noon for Tillamook County Coast and Central Coast of Oregon.
The weather service says to expect, "Large waves and dangerous surf conditions. Breakers up to 34 feet."
