Description
A heat advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Monday at 1:14 p.m. in effect until Tuesday at 9 p.m. for Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon.
The weather service adds to prepare for, "Hot conditions with temperatures up to 103 degrees. This will pose a moderate to major risk of heat-related illness."
