Description

An appointee to the Community Board for Police Accountability could be removed for refusing to sign a nondisclosure agreement.

More than five years after Portland voters overwhelmingly decided to replace the city’s police oversight board with a community-led system, the new board is finally launching this month — but not before City Council potentially removes an alternate member who raised concerns about its lack of transparency.
