Description
A winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 12:47 p.m. valid from 4 p.m. until Monday 4 p.m. for Harney County.
The weather service describes, "Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches except up to 15 inches over the mountains. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph along the Nevada border in Harney County."
