Description
On Sunday at 12:16 p.m. a wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid for Monday between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. for Harney County.
The weather service states, "Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. Higher elevations could see gusts to 60 mph."
