In Coos Bay alone, we have 700 kids a year involved with this incredible program. But it does cost us $25.00 a year per kid to keep them enrolled. We here at the Coos Bay Public Library love Dolly Parton. So, we wanted to throw her a birthday party in celebration of everything that she does and use it as an opportunity to fundraise to make sure that the kids can keep reading.
