Description
Police said they took a juvenile into custody early Saturday morning after a gun was fired at the Orchards Apartments in Canby – the same apartment complex where two children were assaulted and one kidnapped on Oct. 28.
Officers arrived at the property shortly after 3:30 a.m. after receiving a report of shots fired. They “learned there was a domestic disturbance between family members, resulting in a single shot being fired,” Canby police said in a statement. A firearm was recovered at the scene, and the child was taken into custody without incident, according to police. No injuries were reported, and police did not provide the age of the juvenile.
