U.S. District Judge Karin J. Immergut on Wednesday heard his petition and said she would rule later this week.

Federal immigration officers in unmarked SUVs pulled behind a 2006 Ford van in Hubbard before dawn on Aug. 7 as it carried fieldworkers to a farm to harvest blueberries.
