Description
A big Chamber thank you to Greta and the team at Little Fish Fine Seafood Market for inviting us to celebrate their grand opening!
We had the pleasure of touring their incredible new facility at π723 S 2nd Street in Coos Bay β home to the π¦ Coos Bay Commercial Kitchen and a beautifully stocked π seafood and deli case. This space is a true gem π for our region and a shining example of local innovation and flavor!
Guests were treated to delicious samples including:
π§ Smoked tuna dip
π Smoked salmon dip
π¦ͺ Fried clams in the shell
π₯ Smoked salmon sticks
π² Chowder
πͺ Cookie samples β all made with coastal love!
Theyβre now serving daily homemade chowder π² β alternating between clam and salmon (both are amazing!) β and theyβre looking for a talented π¨βπ³ chef to bring their deli case to life.
In true community spirit, Little Fish Fine Seafood Market is also welcoming local fishermen π€ interested in using their processing plant or selling their catch through the market. Stop by and talk with them to learn more!
Now Open!
π Tuesday β Saturday | 7 AM β 6 PM
π 723 S 2nd Street, Coos Bay
Swing by, say hi π, explore their fresh, locally caught selection, and support this awesome new addition to Oregonβs Adventure Coast!
