A Lincoln County Grand Jury found that the officers “no reasonable alternatives” besides shooting 36-year-old Francisco Campos on October 19.

A Lincoln County grand jury last week concluded that three police officers were justified in fatally shooting an armed man in a Lincoln City motel in October.
