A Woodburn police officer shot and killed Israel Hernandez-Martinez, who police said was wielding a tire iron and hitting passing cars.

A grand jury found a Woodburn police officer justified for shooting and killing a man who had been hitting cars with rocks and tire irons and smashing the windows of a house on May 2.
