Description

Raven, a 32-year-old Washington mom, asked the Thurston County Superior Court for custody after her daughter disclosed being sexually abused in the father’s home. But the guardian ad  litem, appointed to represent the child’s best interests in the custody case, repeatedly cast doubt on the girl’s rape accusations.

When a 7-year-old girl, caught in the middle of a custody battle, said that her uncle raped her and that her dad didn’t protect her, Angela Rinaldo wasn’t convinced.
