Emergency crews respond to the deadly crash at the intersection of Clopper Road and Great Seneca Highway in Germantown, Maryland, where William Vance Payne II was killed after a stolen vehicle carrying seven juveniles collided with his car.

William Vance Payne, II, a 58-year-old Virginia man, died when seven juveniles traveling in a stolen car crashed into his vehicle early Tuesday morning in Germantown, authorities said, CBS Baltimore reports.
