Ryan’s Queen Anne mansion in Oregon City is for sale.Steps ascend to the wraparound porch with decorative railing.Original hardwood floors, curved stair railing, stained glass windows and other decorative elements have been preserved.Pocket doors allowed residents to close off the formal rooms.The updated kitchen has hardwood floors and a butler pantry.The 0.18-acre property is zoned commercial-residential, said listing brokers Ward Spears and Courtney Spears of Eleete Real Estate.Judge Thomas F. and Inez Ryan’s house was constructed from 1889-1892 in Oregon City's McLoughlin District, the “second level” compared to the original town of Oregon City, which lies below the base of a steep basalt cliff.

The Queen Anne mansion built in 1889 for a miner turned judge in downtown Oregon City is for sale. The asking price: $1.2 million.
