The rest of Fort Vancouver High School’s varsity football season has been canceled by the school after allegations that some of the team’s players engaged in “inappropriate” conduct.
“Last week, we became aware of serious allegations of inappropriate behavior involving members of our varsity football team,” school principal Luis A. Castro-Quintanilla wrote in an Oct. 22 email to the school community. “We immediately reported these concerns to law enforcement, began our own internal investigation, and put safety measures in place to protect those who reported the incident.”
