Description
The federal lawsuit filed by Dam Nation, the former name, image and likeness collective for Oregon State, against Blueprint Sports and Entertainment for breach of contract has been settled.
Court records for the U.S. District Court in Portland, where the case was filed in April, state that the sides reached a settlement and that the case is to be dismissed with prejudice.
