TAMPA, Fla. — Rookie Bucky Irving scored on an 11-yard touchdown run in the closing minutes to help the Tampa Bay Buccaneers rally back from a 10-point deficit and win the NFC South title on Sunday with a 27-19 home victory against the New Orleans Saints.
