A second one-time commitment to Oregon’s 2026 recruiting class is heading to USC.
Defensive lineman Tomuhini Topui, who decommitted from the Ducks last week, committed to the Trojans on Tuesday. The move was expected from the four-star prospect, who visited USC last month.
