Description

The Oregon man says Intel told him he could work from home because of a disability, then revoked that decision and fired him.

An Intel employee fired a year ago sued this week, alleging the company dismissed him for not returning to the office even though it had previously OK’d remote work to accommodate a disability. He wants to get his old job back, plus lost wages and $800,000 in damages.
