Description
At 1:18 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued a wind advisory valid between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m. for Foothills of the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon.
The weather service says, "Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected."
