Description

The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory at 3:48 a.m. on Tuesday valid from 10 p.m. until Wednesday noon for Foothills of the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon and North Central Oregon.

The weather service describes, "Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch."
