A Florida woman was arrested for stabbing and whipping a malnourished horse in front of a child receiving therapy, then blamed a cat for the injuries. (AP Photo/Michael Probst)

A Brevard County woman was arrested after allegedly stabbing a horse multiple times and beating it with a whip, in front of a child who was at the ranch for therapy.
