At 11:17 a.m. on Wednesday, the National Weather Service issued a flood warning valid from Thursday 2 p.m. until Friday 2:51 p.m. for Clackamas and Multnomah counties.

The weather service says, "Major flooding is forecast for Johnson Creek at Sycamore."
