On Monday at 10:41 a.m. the National Weather Service released a flash flood watch valid from Tuesday 11 a.m. until Wednesday 11 p.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.
The weather service says, "Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible."
