City of North Bend release - Mark your calendars: October 1st, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Pony Village Mall. Thank to the support of NW Natural, North Bend Fire & Rescue will go head-to-head with Coos Bay Fire Department to see who can build the most epic structure out of canned and boxed food. You can help us win! Drop off canned and boxed food donations at North Bend Fire Station (1880 McPherson Ave.) before October 1st. Every single item collected fuels our build—and shows Coos Bay what North Bend is made of! The winner gets bragging rights, but the real winners are Bus Jam and South Coast Food Share, who will receive every donation to support families right here on the South Coast.
