CBPL release - Coos Bay Public Library, in partnership with The Beet Food System, will co-host a Fermentation Workshop on Thursday, October 9 from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Community Fridge Coordinator and Graveyard Pop owner, Scott Gregory, will teach fermentation basics, including how to make your own sauerkraut and kombucha. Attendees will get their own kombucha starter and a jar of sauerkraut! This event is FREE and open to everyone, but we only have 30 spots available so please register by going to http://bit.ly/46iTz2n
