Portland police, working with the FBI, seized fentanyl, walkie-talkies, a cell phone and cash from an alleged downtown dealer in the latest mission in an ongoing effort by police and the FBI targeting fentanyl dealers in the city's core.

Portland police working with the FBI arrested a suspected fentanyl dealer who had a line of customers surrounding him near a bike path in downtown Portland last Friday, court records show.
