Description

U.S. District Judge Michael H. Simon imposed a seven year and six month sentence that was jointly recommended by the prosecutor and defense lawyer.

Christopher Weber fired a gun at another man in Portland’s Old Town district in December 2024 while on federal supervision for illegally possessing a gun as a felon.
