Description

U.S. District Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai did a walk-through of the Eugene Federal Building property on Thurs., June 18, 2026, to view the upper plaza that has been restricted since a metal fence was erected around the building's perimeter.

Federal officials say they won’t be able to comply with a judge’s order to take down the fence around Eugene’s federal building by late Wednesday afternoon and have asked for the deadline to be extended until July 5.
