More than 420 pages of Federal Protective Service incident reports released Friday describe officers firing pepper balls and tear gas, confronting demonstrators and getting pelted with objects and “aggressive verbal behavior” during tumultuous protests outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office.
