Gov. Tina Kotek, the Democrat who finds herself in a razor-thin rematch with Republican state Sen. Christine Drazan, has been invoking President Donald Trump’s name at every opportunity, trying to tie her opponent to the president’s abiding unpopularity in Oregon — and to fears about his policies.
