Travis William Juhr, 41, made his first appearance in federal court in Portland Wednesday afternoon.

A 41-year-old Portland man is accused of making online threats to harm President Donald Trump and a woman and her 13-year-old son who attended a counterprotest outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Portland.
