Luis David Niño-Moncada and Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contreras were shot by a Border Patrol officer on Thurs., Jan. 8. The shooting occurred shortly after 2 p.m. in the parking lot of Adventist Health's Medical Office 3 building at 10201 S.E. Main St.

Federal prosecutors have informed a judge and defense lawyers that the FBI this week obtained video footage from the adjacent Fora Health building that captured “partial views” of the Jan. 8 Border Patrol shooting of two people in a medical office parking lot in Southeast Portland.
