Description

The FBI charged Sha’kor Shovontae Ray Holiday with being a felon with a gun after monitoring his Instagram posts. He repeatedly posed with a suspected assault rifle while driving through Portland, according to a federal prosecutor. The rifle was stolen and seized from his Gresham home, Assistant U.S. Attorney Lewis Burkhart said.

A 32-year-old man who prosecutors called a senior member of the Hoover gang was sentenced Wednesday to eight years and four months in prison after FBI agents monitoring his social media found him posing with a rifle in several live posts.
