Farro stew with chicken meatballs and peas

This hearty one-pot stew pairs earthy farro with tender chicken meatballs and sweet peas. The simple yet flavorful oregano and red pepper-spiked meatballs come together quickly while the farro gets a head start simmering in the broth. The meatballs are added towards the end of cooking and gently poach until juicy. They can be formed a few hours ahead and kept refrigerated.
