Jenoah Donald, 30, died after being shot during a 2021 traffic stop over a broken taillight.

Clark County has agreed to pay $3.5 million to the mother and children of an unarmed Black motorist shot and killed in 2021 by a sheriff’s deputy who initiated the stop over a broken taillight.
