Description

Oregon Senate Democrats advanced a plan Wednesday to eliminate the estate tax for estates worth less than $2.5 million but raise it on estate above $3 million.

Democrats on the Senate Revenue Committee settled Wednesday on a plan to stop taxing Oregon estates worth $1 million and instead raise the threshold to $2.5 million.
