Description

The county launched its Complaints Investigations Unit as part of an effort to create a more inclusive workplace. Employees say it hasn’t lived up to its promises.

In 2019, Multnomah County launched a new unit to investigate claims of harassment and discrimination, fulfilling a pledge to employees of color to foster a more inclusive work environment.
