Tigard officials are calling for Chair Kathryn Harrington to resign after she raised her middle finger to Commissioner Nafisa Fai in a public meeting.

Washington County Chair Kathryn Harrington flipped the bird at a colleague during a public meeting. Some elected leaders say it’s Harrington who should now take flight.
