Description

Washington County commissioners, from left, Nafisa Fai, Jerry Willey, Chair Kathryn Harrington, Vice Chair Pam Treece and Jason Snider, listen during a Clean Water Services board meeting Tuesday, April 8, 2025, in Hillsboro, Ore. Washington County resident Deb Sirotiak (foreground) criticized the board's proposed oversight measures as inadequate.
