Description
A recent audit of the Bureau of Labor and Industries didn’t soft pedal conditions at the agency that investigates wage theft, civil rights violations and other workplace complaints. BOLI is in severe distress as a backlog of complaints, staff turnover and outdated or nonexistent policies continue to leave the agency unable to protect Oregonians’ rights.
