Description

While the state must adequately fund K-12 schools, Portland voters should also step up and renew a teachers levy to prevent deeper cuts than the district already faces.

Even if Portland voters renew a $102 million Portland Public Schools levy on the ballot this May, the school district faces some difficult math ahead.
