Description

A Spokane, Washington, woman was cited for driving at 112 mph on Interstate 84 in Baker City late on March 17 with a child passenger who was not properly secured.

Ariel Julia Payne, 28, was stopped at 10:58 p.m. on the westbound freeway near the Campbell Street interchange, according to a citation written by Oregon State Police Trooper Trevor Freese. Earlier this year, a Texas woman was cited for going more than 100 mph on I-84 and failing to secure a child passenger.
