Description

Edward Campbell, the city’s interim Water Bureau director, and Dawn Uchiyama, head of the Bureau of Environmental Services, have each spent about 25 years working in city government.

A pair of Portland bureau directors who collectively oversee more than 1,300 employees and more than a third of the city’s $8.2 billion budget will depart next month, officials said Tuesday.
