Officials say that Beniamin Bucur, 40, moved lights, TVs and a bed into the crawlspace.

Sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday arrested a man after he was found living in the crawl space of a condo complex in unincorporated Clackamas County — with a bed, lights and TVs.
