🚨Deputies and U.S. Marshals Apprehend Fugitive Travis Sapp Jr. in Coos County🚨

On May 29, 2025, at approximately 4:01 PM, Deputies Z. Smith and Starr collaborated with U.S. Marshals to apprehend 28-year-old Travis Sapp Jr., who had an active felony warrant for his arrest.

Acting on intelligence that Sapp was near a known residence on 8th Terrace, Deputies and Marshals located him in the backseat of a vehicle. Deputy Z. Smith approached the vehicle to make contact.

As Deputy Z. Smith engaged, Sapp attempted to exit the vehicle and reached into his pocket despite orders to stop. Deputy Z. Smith promptly escorted him to the rear of the vehicle.

The U.S. Marshals and Deputies then arrested Sapp on the active warrant and transported him to the Coos County Jail without further incident.
