BEND, Ore. (KTVZ)-- The four-year-long Measure 110 experiment is approaching its end next week after legislators and the Governor signed off on new reform. House Bill 4002 would bring law enforcement back to the table and re-criminalize drugs in the state. Deschutes County received $844,514 for the implementation of new officer intervention.
