Defense lawyers are seeking any of the video that was caught by the security camera located on the roof of the Adventist Health Medical Office 3, at 10201 S.E. Main St. They also want any body camera footage from any of the private Allied Security guards on scene at the time of Jan. 8 shooting in the parking lot.

FBI agents say no surveillance video or body camera footage captured a U.S. Border Patrol agent’s shooting of two people in a Portland parking lot, but defense lawyers want to make sure.
