Description
EUGENE — With Daylen Austin’s legal battle temporarily on hold, the Oregon defensive back can focus on the upcoming season for the time being.
The Oregon Supreme Court granted a motion to delay Austin’s criminal trial Friday afternoon until it decides a requested review of the motion to dismiss the indictment. The trial, for felony hit and run, was scheduled to begin Thursday in Lane County Circuit Court.
